About me
Hello, I'm Dr Helen Molden (CPsychol) and I'm a counselling psychologist, and psychotherapist based in Hampshire. As a clinician and researcher, I bring over 30 years expertise of working therapeutically with people at all ages, across the NHS, corporate sector, schools and wider community systems.
I am passionate about psychology, how it can benefit individuals, families and communities. My research work is focused on the interplay between mental and physical health, and looking at how real world factors can improve the challenges of living with a chronic health condition.
