About me

Hello, I'm Dr Helen Molden (CPsychol) and I'm a counselling psychologist, coach and psychotherapist based in Hampshire. I bring over 25 years expertise of working therapeutically with people at all ages, across the NHS, corporate sector, schools and wider community.

I work with children, young people and adult clients in my private practice, offering assessment, formulation and treatment services. The collaborative work in sessions focuses on client strengths and building tools to help with moving forward.
